Boost Your Power of Manifesting with Mindfulness

Mindfulness plays an extremely important role, for the one who wants to overpower the Law of Attraction and become the creator of his own reality. Despite the fact that mindfulness won’t directly manifest your dream house, or an amazing relationship for you, it is a very important tool in order to become aware of every thought and feeling that limits you and distances you from achieving your goals and ultimately forges your current reality.

In addition, mindfulness assists us in grounding ourselves in the present moment, which is the only true moment, where happiness resides, thus raising our vibration which in turn makes us excelling at embodying our desires.

 

The Power of the Right Now

 

Don’t forget what we are constantly longing for. We are longing for happiness. But, we are looking for happiness in the wrong place and time. What we are basically doing is sacrificing our true happiness for a possibility to attain happiness in the future. This is just futile.

Our natural state of being as humans is happiness. The tendency to be constantly looking for happiness elsewhere, in the future and in other circumstances is happening due to the conditioning that we have been through and this is exactly what drains most of our power as creators. It is how the majority of us most likely have been taught to think throughout the years of our life and mindfulness is the way to expose this faux beliefs and see our selves for what we truly are; creators.

Happiness is not based on circumstances and situations that might or might not happen in the future. Happiness dwells in the now.

 

Becoming the Observer

The average person’s mind is in turmoil. He is the product of limiting deep-rooted patterns of thought, resulting from being tortured by the illusion of self. To be mindful is the way to be free.

Mindfulness will help you understand that you are not your thoughts, you are not your brain and you are not your body. You think you are all those things because of your identification with them, but in reality you are the one constantly observing them.

Imagine a football player, in the field playing to win, being nervous and constantly planning his moves. He is identifying with the game as a football player. He is engaged so much with the match itself, that he can’t think with clarity.

Now, imagine him out of the field, in the distance. He is just watching the game as it unfolds, without caring who wins or loses. He just enjoys being there, observing each move, each bad decision, each successful one. He doesn’t identify with the match, he is not emotionally involved with it, he is just an observer.

Detaching ourselves from our thoughts and becoming the observers means that that we stop clinging to the illusion of self, thus the negative emotions which had as foundation our sense of individualization such as hatred, greed, anger, fear and others, have no ground to stand anymore. We cease giving them power and they eventually deteriorate and vanish.

As a result, the energy which was tied up by those negative feelings becomes available and starts feeding our positive emotions such as love, happiness, content and gratitude.

In addition, we gain the power ourselves to consciously redirect and use this energy to create thoughts which benefit our entire being the most, and to perpetually nourish them until they become our reality.

Pick your thoughts wisely, because they are creators and they will determine who you will become.

 

Mindfulness and the Principle of Polarity

 

The greatest insight that we attained while getting to know the Principle of Polarity, is that we can fine-tune our thoughts, feelings and emotions at will.

However, the first step needed to be taken is to identify and recognize all those unwelcome mental states the moment they rise, in order to polarize them.

Mindfulness is the tool that renders us able to monitor our thinking, feeling and emotional patterns. This gives us the power of being constantly aware of our mental states and thus, the advantage over our brain. Afterwards, you could shape it, play with it, and own it. You are its master and not its slave anymore.

Some Final Thoughts

 

If you want to become a master at manifesting and subdue the Law of Attraction faster and more effectively, mindfulness should be made a part of your life. As Buddha beautifully quoted “Conquering yourself is greater than winning a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It can never be taken from you.”

If we don’t gain the ability to track our own thinking patterns, changing them is so much more challenging, if not impossible. We can’t change something if we don’t know what or where it exists.

In conclusion, mindfulness could have a huge impact on your journey towards being a master at manifesting your deepest desires in a number of ways, and you will be equally benefiting by each one of them.

Taking control of your mind results in taking control of your life, so if you want to be the only one who sets the rules of how you live and for what comes into your life, you should consider making mindfulness a part of yourself.

      I have found myself feeling calm and focused while reading about mindfulness dozens of times, but I had no clue that my post would induce the same feeling.
