My Story (The Short Version)
As stated earlier, my name is Harry and I go by the name Xaric for some too-boring-to-explain, random reason.
I was born on April 24th, 1990 and I am a Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA).
I got passionate about personal development about 3 years ago when I decided that I have had enough with all the stress and agitation that were already going on and on for about 7-8 years.
Through many practices such as introspection, visualization, autosuggestion, and most importantly mindfulness, I succeeded!
Throughout my journey, I learned tons of stuff about the workings of my mind and my perception, how they determine the kind of reality that I am experiencing and how if I want my reality to change, one of them has to change first.
I am aware that I have yet a lot to learn. Almost 4 years in my journey and it feels like that I know almost next to nothing.
This website, its content, and I, are all a work in progress.
What I am going to be sharing with you on this website is merely what I have discovered so far and what helped me change my own life for the better.
Some of my ideas and perspectives may work for you as well to some degree while others might not work for you at all.
Most of it is not scientifically proven.
